OVERHEARD BY NSA AGENTS UNDER RULES MANDATED BY DEMOCRATS
Let's suppose a President decides to ignore a different amendment to the Constitution.
This amendment guaranties the right to bear arms and the President based on his fear of losing power suspends it due to disorder in the country. The founding fathers felt this liberty was essential in case a tyrannical government was in place and a remedy was needed. When the President takes this action the people decry his motives, but he insists it is necessary and asks for all arms to be turned in.
A fundamental liberty has now been lost. By suspending the amendment isn't the constitution suspended as well?

A senior at UMass Dartmouth was visited by federal agents two months ago, after he requested a copy of Mao Tse-Tung's tome on Communism called "The Little Red Book."
Two history professors at UMass Dartmouth, Brian Glyn Williams and Robert Pontbriand, said the student told them he requested the book through the UMass Dartmouth library's interlibrary loan program.
The student, who was completing a research paper on Communism for Professor Pontbriand's class on fascism and totalitarianism, filled out a form for the request, leaving his name, address, phone number and Social Security number. He was later visited at his parents' home in New Bedford by two agents of the Department of Homeland Security, the professors said.

The record of this President is one of misleading. We now know that he used information for starting a war that was unverifiable and presented as fact. He has also mangled the law before to suit his needs on torture. Leaked portions of the now defunct Patriot Act 2 had provisions to strip citizenship. I am now waiting for Bush and Company to introduce the New Improved US Constitution since this one is over 200 years old and irrelevant since 911, free speech gives comfort to the enemy. The founding fathers after all could not have anticipated terrorism and we want you to be safe.
